We are looking for crafters and artisans searching for a place to sell their antiques, collectibles, and quality handmade gifts. Interested vendors should look over the guidelines and submit an application.

This year’s “Country Christmas at the Fair” dates span two weekends: EXTENDED HOURS THIS YEAR
Weekend 1: Friday, November 23, 12pm to 7pm, Saturday, November 24, and Sunday, November 25, 10am to 5pm.
Weekend 2: Friday, November 30 12pm to 7pm, Saturday, December 1, and Sunday, December 2, 10am to 5pm.
Country Christmas has continued to grow over the years and although we offered individual spaces in previous years, due to a recent reduction in available square footage at our venue we can only offer the traditional blended showroom in the Coffman building, where antiques, collectibles, and quality handmade gifts will be combined for sale in a holiday boutique atmosphere. Decorated gathering baskets will be available at the door for holiday shoppers and sales will be handled by cashiers, as in the past. We always encourage volunteer help with decorating or sales.
The fee for the blended show is $40 for both weekends. (Registration fee is $5.00 more from last year as we are adding an extra sale day and extended hours.) Commission will be 20% of all sales.
“Country Christmas at the Fair” organizers and volunteers receive no money for their efforts. All earnings, after advertising and other expenses, go to the Island County Fair Association, earmarked for scholarships and local youth.
Setup Monday and Tuesday November 19th and 20th, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The most effective way to enhance sales for everyone is to ensure that all merchandise offered for sale meets our holiday theme and quality standard. Please include a photograph and general description of the types of items you will be selling with your entry form, and mail in November 2, 2018.

Each vendor participating must use a vendor number unique to them consisting of your initials and the last two digits of your phone number. Use tags CLEARLY MARKED WITH YOUR VENDOR SALES NUMBER and merchandise price, and attach tags to all merchandise securely. “Country Christmas at the Fair” will be advertised on Drewslist, website, Facebook page, and with posted flyers. The event is listed in an online calendar of events. During the event on-street advertising will include sandwich and reader boards and banners. We encourage participants to help spread the word, and we will have flyers available for your use if you wish.
Net payment (less the commission) will be made by the Fair Association treasurer within three weeks of the close of sale date. Unsold merchandise and display items must be picked up Sunday, December 2nd between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. unless other arrangements have been made.
